Until we heal our “relationalabalitity” we will not have healing in our relationships. Our relationships are reflections of our primary relationship: our connection to Source (God, Universe, as you like). Really this is an inner/outer mirror of how we deal with 0urSELVES…in this, boundary is an ILLUSION as it touches the ineffable space between, where duality merges into unity. We all possess this gift, but few of us brave the inner frontier to examine what our governing strategies and driving forces truly are and how they impact us and all others.

We’ve almost all heard this by now: “what you

We’ve almost all heard this by now: “what you focus on, expands” BUT what we DON’T notice can also bite us in the A$$. If you’re constantly shoving sh!t down into your subconscious, bypassing your feelings, ignoring your gut, not watching people’s eyes when the talk with you…so on, you can bet what you’re interacting with is more of your own perception, not reality-as-it-is. If you’re in the echo chamber of perception, eventually, you will have a REALITY CHECK. Your perception will be put to the test.

In many ways, this is an aspect of what we’re experiencing collectively. People disagree (*gasp!*) I know it is hard but that’s also the beauty and mystery (beauty) of life!

Train yourself to become open and aware, relax your focus and fixation and take it ALL in. To do this, we MUST strengthen our nervous system and relax the narratives we have been operating under as universal law.

Pay attention, or you’ll be taxed for your inattention to what-is!

Gentle reminder...our attention is the key to understanding our inner reality.

What are you obsessing over?

What is the quality of your focus and the consistency of your thoughts?

When we ruminate on an idea, a person, an emotion, or a memory, we are generating MORE of that substance, its frequency and vibration, into our field.

We are quite literally creating our perception (reality) by the quality and quantity of our thoughts.

Be cautious of what your conscious and subconscious mind are focused upon...you're creating more of this experience in your field!

Identification with your past, with your trauma, pain, outward and inward transgressions, will cause you to work more in these area.

The suggestion isn't to ignore or bury these thoughts, that's another type of problem: suppression, which will create a volcanic pressure within (and equivalent explosion!) Rather, seek to become curious and approach these aspects with grace, asking yourself, "what do I REALLY want and need as a result of how I'm feeling/what I'm thinking?" Meaning, where do we want to go from here..?

Life is an experiment and you're both the subject and the scientist!

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms, mom supporters and single dads out there!

If you're a single mom like me, this day can feel sometimes not-so-nurturing, so I hope you find ways to incorporate some self-care while really appreciating all that being a mom gives you: all the love, lessons and ups and downs that being a parent can bring!

I love to work with moms because I understand intimately all that a mom deals with trying to be everything to everyone and not lose yourself in the process! Moms also make great clients because we have NO TIME TO LOSE!! Everything we do needs to feed everything else and #embodimentcoaching is PERFECT to help you develop techniques to refill your own cup.

Whatever your day looks like, I hope it is in part rich and satisfying! You've done amazing work and you deserve to feel appreciated!

The perfect relationship is within, your body is your perfect partner in healing and growth.

Train yourself to treat your body as your lover, your best friend, your dearest one. Embodied feelings of self-love help to de-escalate the sympathetic nervous system and bring you out of fight-flight-freeze and into joy, peace and healing.

I used to view my body as an enemy, always seeking the perfect partner externally, but always failing. When I quit abandoning and blaming my body, then the light came on about the relationship of the mind to the body and the essence (spirit). The simple act of lovingly developing your body unlocks so much healing! Bonus: this type of healing attracts healthier relationships into your life.

I generally think of judgment as a form of narciss

I generally think of judgment as a form of narcissism, of a false sense of superiority. This may be true in part, but when I heard this in class last week I WAS BLOWN AWAY. When we don't feel safe to be vulnerable, we have to CREATE our safety by removing our identification with and empathy for others. It is a coping mechanism and we all have it in degrees. There's nothing inherently wrong with having a judgement. Just remember that your judgements are YOUR experience. They have little to nothing to do with the other person. If you can't suspend your judgement, you can't really see the other person, anyway. Remaining open and vulnerable is terrifying at times, but it is THE work of creating the best version of yourself and, through self-creation, a better world.
