Mindfulness and Yoga for Fighters

I offer customized curriculum for martial artists to incorporate yoga, primal movement ( crawls, Hindu sets, etc.), mindfulness and meditation to support your martial practice. Learn to develop deep power reserves, cardio that doesn’t quit and address structural compensations that limit your martial ability. Learn diverse techniques from a variety of martial methods, in a flow series rooted in yoga, stretching and autonomic nervous-system control. This is a unique method developed by myself and my instructor, Bryan Broussard of Monkey King Martial Arts that you will find nowhere else!
