About Kate

Welcome to the laboratory! I’m Kate, a living human committed to bridging the gap between the material and the spiritual realms. From a young age, I felt an awareness of great pain in the world and wondered how to help. Over many decades of seeking and questing, through Savior complexes, inferiority complexes, through the corporate life and many other paths, I came to realize a profound Truth: Being in a body MATTERS; Free Will MATTERS. Our gift of CHOICE and what we do with it is part of the beautiful Mystery of Life. The questions surrounding consciousness and what that means for everyday life, is my obsession. Facilitating the journey for others along the path has become my passion.

From life coaching, through physical training, yoga, martial arts, energy work and personalized ritual services, we explore the journey of embodiment.
